The cosmetology program is 1,250 hours, as required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology. With perfect attendance, you could complete the program in as little as 9 months. After you complete 1,250 hours, perform required services, pass exams, and fulfill all obligations to the school, you may graduate. You will receive a diploma and be eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania State Cosmetology License exam.
We’re locally owned and female-run, built by professional hairdressers Dianna Noe’ and Kayla Noonan, who take both culture and curriculum seriously. Our students get the fundamentals they need, then we build on them with additional educational opportunities and personal development. Yes, financial aid is available to those who qualify. We offer Title IV funding and accept Veterans’ Benefits and private student loans. Your first step is to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). Once we receive that information, our team can walk you through what you may qualify for and the next steps in building a financial plan for your training.

The student kit includes professional tools, products, and all materials and supplies you need to complete your cosmetology training. You’ll also receive a uniform and books in both print and digital form. You will receive a list of your kit materials at your Discovery Tour.
The Power Journey includes moments of reflection, memorable activities, and soft skills that you will be able to draw upon for life, both professionally and personally. Think goal-setting and learning the essentials of good, effective communication and taking care yourself and your purpose.
Get top financial training that empowers you to succeed with your money and craft. This program will guide you through engaging lessons featuring timeless and timely money lessons; including videos, activities, discussions, and more!
The Beauty Playbook is a Beauty Pro’s guide to being booked and branded. Built in-house, this curriculum is set up to teach you how to brand yourself and build a digital presence that will serve you and your career for years to come.
Once you complete your hours, you will receive a diploma from Noe’ Noonan and be eligible to sit for the PA State Board of Cosmetology license exam. Once you pass your Pennsylvania State Board exam, you will hold a PA State Cosmetology License. From Noe’ Noonan, you will have the tools to market yourself, a complete kit of tools to begin your career, the know-how to build a balanced life through The Power Journey, and job search and placement assistance for life.
We use Pivot Point curriculum, which includes both digital and printed books and materials for all learning types. Along with this core curriculum, we also offer The Power Journey to help you live your best, balanced life, a marketing/social media course, and Prosper U to give you the business fundamentals you’ll need in a beauty career.
